Modern Slavery Statement
Introduction
Premium Solutions (PSG) is committed to conducting business in a manner that upholds the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and respect for human rights. We recognise that modern slavery, in all its forms, is a serious violation of fundamental human rights and that every organisation has a responsibility to take steps to identify, prevent, and address such risks within its operations and supply chain in line with our Modern Slavery Policy.
Although PSG is not currently required to report under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (as our annual consolidated revenue is below $100 million), we have chosen to voluntarily publish this statement as part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, responsible business conduct, and continuous improvement.
Our Structure and Operations
Premium Solutions is part of a Group of related companies providing professional security, cleaning, and facilities support services across Australia. The Group includes several entities operating under common leadership and ownership, with central governance, compliance, and strategic oversight provided by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Our workforce supporting these operations includes:
- Directly employed management and administrative staff, and limited site-based personnel;
- Security guards and cleaning staff who are engaged through approved contracting companies; and
- A small number of support partners and suppliers, who provide uniforms, equipment, and technology used in our daily operations.
Premium Solutions operates from its head office in Sydney and provides services to a broad range of clients across commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain primarily includes:
- Labour supply partners and subcontractors who provide licensed security guards and cleaners;
- Uniform and equipment suppliers, including local distributors who source some goods and materials (such as earpieces and other security equipment) from overseas manufacturers, including suppliers based in China, where PSG recognises that modern slavery risks may be higher due to limited visibility and differing labour standards; and
- Professional and technology providers (insurance, payroll, HR platforms, and IT services).
We recognise that certain aspects of our supply chain, particularly contracted labour and overseas-sourced products, may carry higher risks of modern slavery due to factors such as indirect labour arrangements, limited transparency, or sourcing from regions with different labour standards.
Modern Slavery Risks
Based on our current operations and supplier profile, PSG has identified the following potential areas of risk:
- Labour Hire and Contracted Workforces: Some security and cleaning personnel are supplied through third-party contractors. These arrangements may increase the risk of underpayment, poor working conditions, or lack of transparency in employment practices.
- Overseas Supply Chains: Certain PPE and equipment sourced via third-party suppliers from manufacturers in China may pose risks due to the complexity of global supply chains and limited visibility over factory conditions.
- Indirect and Low-Visibility Suppliers: Smaller local suppliers or intermediaries may not yet have formal processes to assess and manage modern slavery risks.
These risks are monitored in accordance with our Modern Slavery Policy and associated reporting mechanisms.
Actions Taken to Address Risks
PSG is progressively developing and implementing systems to manage and reduce modern slavery risks. Actions taken to date include:
- Developing a Modern Slavery Policy and Ethical Sourcing Policy that outlines our expectations for ethical conduct, due diligence, and supplier accountability.
- Conducting informal supplier reviews and prioritising partnerships with organisations that demonstrate compliance with Australian workplace laws and ethical standards.
- Including ethical sourcing clauses and labour compliance requirements in supplier and contractor agreements, where applicable.
- Establishing a centralised compliance register for approved contractors and suppliers.
- Providing awareness training for our Senior Leadership Team and key managers to recognise and respond to potential modern slavery indicators.
PSG continues to implement and strengthen these actions within our compliance and ethical governance framework, providing awareness training for personnel and developing a questionnaire to support due diligence. These measures apply across PSG’s operations and supply chain, to ensure consistent adherence to ethical sourcing and labour standards.
Measuring Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement
We acknowledge that our systems are in the early stages of development and that continuous improvement is essential. Over the next 12 months, PSG aims to:
- Formalise supplier due diligence processes, including supplier questionnaires and declarations;
- Develop an incident reporting process for staff or suppliers to raise ethical or labour concerns confidentially;
- Schedule annual reviews and audits of contractor compliance with modern slavery and labour standards; and
- Update our Modern Slavery Policy and procedures to reflect improvements and lessons learned.
These measures will form part of our broader compliance framework under ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety) and will be implemented within PSG’s ethical governance framework, ensuring oversight, accountability, and continuous improvement across operations and supply chains.

This statement has been prepared in consultation with members of the Senior Leadership Team and key operational managers. It reflects the current understanding of PSG’s operations, supply chains, and associated risks.

Review and Publication
This statement will be reviewed annually and updated as PSG’s systems and oversight mechanisms mature. A copy of this statement, which aligns with the Modern Slavery statement published on our website, will be shared with key clients and partners to ensure transparency and consistency.
